How much electricity or power does the average desktop computer consume every hour?
I want to see which is cheaper: watching a movie for 2 hours on my computer or going on the public transit and paying $10 per ticket to watch a 2 hour movie. OR even watching a movie on my LCD 40′ TV???

Also, how do you calcualte how much power a computer consumes per hour? (this includes electricity, internet fees, energy for speakers, etc.)
I understand it is about 300W if you use a CRT monitor.
