How to i set up my mobile catering trailer buisness? How do i use a generator and gas?
I am about to set up a catering trailer , i know all about cooking. However i don’t know any think about setting up the trailer. How do i use a generator and does the gas and generator need to be on constantly, as it’ll have a fridge freezer in it. Any advice and help about setting up my trailer would be great fully received! cheers
I see Honda generators at the fairs. Honda’s are very quiet. This is important with walk-up customers. I would consider running the fridge at night with 110V in the garage. Set it colder than normal. Don’t run during day. “Reverse Engineering”: go see what the completion is doing.
