Knocking down light post question?
I was wondering what would happen in nj if you hit a light post and knocked it down and left the scene the car was borrowed from someone else all you did was knock down a light post what would be the consequences for this like fines to the person driving and the owner of the car? P.S what if the driver was only 20?
but what if the driver wasnt under the owner of the cars insurance?
